PHIL AND WENDY PRAYER REQUEST

Hi again,

Here's the latest update and request for prayer.

We've been negotiating a contract with a multi-national for a worldwide
rollout. It should have been done by now but their key decision-maker has
been waffling. We finally got corporate approval to sell the product
anywhere but no signed contract yet. There are plants in Asia and Europe
who want to get going right away. But...

Just this week someone else in the company contracted a worldwide company
for training. This training company uses another software product that may
compete with ours. So now our contract is up in the air.

No potential money till August. If we don't get this contract or something
else immediately then we close by Aug 31.

Please pray...
- for a go-ahead with our product
- for a go-ahead on pilot plants now
- for financial release for us
- for direction and wisdom at a partners meeting on Monday
- for favor as we present our product to a large Microsoft partner on Monday

Pray for Wendy and I personally to deal with the stresses of living "on the
edge" for such a long time. It's really wearing us down.

God has been faithful. I continue to believe He will bless this
venture. Others have seen in prayer a signed contract or sensed that the
deal will be done. So please join with me to pray it in.
